On July 8, 2017 the Colby College Museum of Art welcomed more than 500 alumni, parents and friends for its signature Summer Luncheon event. This year’s event honored David C. Driskell D.F.A.’00 with the Cummings Award for Artistic Excellence and celebrated the opening of Marsden Hartley’s Maine, the Colby Museum’s collaborative exhibition with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Museum is grateful to its many sponsors and community members who made this event possible and who continue to support the Museum and its mission.
