Celebrate LGBTQIA+ artists in the museum’s collection with coloring pages inspired by their artwork! Also, stop by our table to grab free Museum swag, including rainbow stickers and Margaret Middleton’s Queer Possibility in the Museum booklet.

At the Paul J Schupf Art Center, 93 Main St —
5–7pm: Come celebrate with art-making, community resources, t-shirts, and more! Create rainbow art with Ticonic Gallery +Studios, and pick up a Waterville Pride shirt at the Ed Harris Box Office.
5–7pm: Check out activities and vendors in Castonguay Square! Community organizations include: Family Violence Project, Universalist Unitarian Pride Committee, Central Maine Pride, Maine Children’s Home, PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays), Maine General Harm Reduction Program, and OUT Maine. Vendors include: In the case of inclement weather, First Friday activities will move inside the Paul J. Schupf Art Center.

7pm–8pm: Punk Rock show with local band Random Ideas
Random Ideas is a triplet punk rock/alternative rock band that has taken their passion for music and human rights/social issues to write powerful, high energy music. Catch them performing LIVE at Greene Block + Studios for this special First Friday event. Stick around for a dance party after their set!
First Fridays celebrate the vibrant creativity of Waterville by inviting people downtown to engage in multidisciplinary arts experiences.
