Through a temporary sound installation within the exhibition, All in One: Selections from the Alex Katz Foundation, Colby students are transforming the gallery experience with sonic narratives. The audio compositions create an immersive environment for a multisensory engagement with art. This program is presented as a part of Assistant Professor José Martinez’s music course, Soundscapes and Sonic Narratives.
Join us on December 7 at 1 p.m. for a public reception to celebrate the students’ creative interpretations.
The soundscapes can be experienced during the following times:
- Tuesday, December 6: 10 a.m.–noon
- Wednesday, December 7: 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
- Thursday, December 8: 5–9 p.m.
- Friday, December 9: 10 a.m.–noon
