For generations, the landscape and light in Maine have inspired local artists and travelers from afar. Winslow Homer, Dahlov Ipcar, Andrew Wyeth, David Driskell, Lois Dodd, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Rockwell Kent, Alex Katz, Reggie Burrows Hodges, John Marin, Sarah Cain, and many others captured and were inspired by Maine. Participants will learn about these artists and their processes, then explore different mediums and artistic styles to create their own portfolios.

This program runs from July 25-29, 9:30am-4:30pm and is designed for students grades 3-5. The camp is free thanks to a generous grant from the Linde Family Foundation. Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Space is limited to 15 participants. Register for the program here. Additional release forms will need to be completed to finalize registration.
