Each Thursday, join us to spend time with a work of art on view in the galleries at the Colby Museum. This week, Priscilla Doel, museum docent, will lead the program, focusing on Acoma by Thomas Moran, located in the Osher Gallery.
Talking as a group about works of art can offer us new ways to see the world, pose difficult questions, get us in touch with our emotions, challenge us with new ideas, and sometimes delight us with beauty. These looking experiences will be facilitated by museum staff, interns, docents, and special guests.
