Artful Movements is part of the museum’s wellness initiative, Let Art Inspire, which includes a variety of programs that connect mind, body, and art in innovative ways. Each session is inspired by a new work of art, and is appropriate for all yoga levels, including families and children. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch.
