Experience greater mind-body connection through our in-person Artful Meditation and Expression program. Participants will join art therapist Bodhi Simpson in a guided meditation session in the Colby Museum galleries, followed by an art making experience in our Mirken Education Center. This offering will support your personal comfort with creative expression, increase self-awareness, and offer simple tools to support emotional wellbeing.
In October, our theme of Let’s Remember is inspired by I See Red: Flathead Vest by Jaune Quick-to-See-Smith. To ensure the health and safety of everyone for this free in-person program, space is limited and pre-registration is required. All are welcome to register.
Artful Meditation and Expression is part of the Museum’s wellness initiative, Let Art Inspire, which includes a variety of programs that connect mind, body, and art in innovative ways.
