Music in the Museum: Trailblazers—Art Songs by American Women Composers

Join the Colby College Music Department for a series of live performances in the Colby Museum galleries, featuring local and regional musicians.

This program features mezzo-soprano Joëlle Morris, with Christina Spurling on piano, in a celebration of American women composers, highlighting works by early 20th century composers Florence Price and Amy Beach, as well as contemporary American composers, including Libby Larsen, Juliana Hall, and Elizabeth Raum.
