Join a movement workshop led by Lunder Institute Residential Fellow Riley Watts and Maine-native Ian Robinson.
Riley will lead a class on how to use principles from Authentic Movement practice to find a physical approach to observe consciousness through movement. Based on principles from Authentic Movement therapeutic practice, we will invite our bodies to move intuitively in a safe and supportive environment.
Ian will lead a Gaga class, which will help participants connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, and exercise their agility and explosive power in an accepting atmosphere.
