Colby students, faculty, and staff, be sure to stop by the museum welcome desk to pick up an art kit packed with art supplies and instructions for a project inspired by a work of art at the museum. The art kits are designed for people to create in their own living spaces. In February, the art project will be inspired by works created with pastels in the new exhibition Roy Lichtenstein: History in the Making, 1948–1960.
This take-home activity is for campus audiences. At this time, the Colby College Museum of Art is open only to current Colby students, faculty, and staff. Events designated for Campus Audiences are available only to members of the campus community participating in the college’s COVID-19 testing program.
