Jing Ye, a meditation teacher and counselor at Colby College, will guide participants through an hour-long meditation session inspired by a work in the Museum’s collection, fostering greater mind-body connection.
This program is part of the Museum’s wellness initiative, Let Art Inspire, which includes a variety of programs that connect mind, body, and art in innovative ways. It is free and open to all.
The Colby community can continue their meditative practice with Jing Ye on Mondays and Tuesdays 4–5 pm in the Rose Chapel (the small room off the main chapel).
